Thanks for the historical recap. I agree that it looks very positive for CYMI if the DUV cycle gets extended, since they are at the heart of it. What is the likelihood of DUV equipment being upgraded rather than replaced? e.g. new CYMI laser and new lens to produce finer resolutions? Also, do you see this extension of the life expectancy on DUV accelerating the move toward larger wafers? If your equipment would be in use longer, you might want to develop it for larger wafers from the outset.
