Removed some laggards from my Income IRA.

Sold out of ECC, FEPI (ETF), and PFFA (preferred ETF). Of those, ECC was -20% loss. I held on to it far too long because of its yield. I expect all three holdings to drop further as the market turns over.

I haven't decided where to re-invest the proceeds. Welcome to suggestions.
