I don't see the reason for it and frankly most of the reasoning given in the financial media is of little use. The constant talk attributing price movements to "investors" is hogwash. Investors do not all assume the exact same position in the market at the exact same time. Investor sentiment does not drive the market , computers do that and I would suggest that is now over 70% of the trades, although I do not have an authoratative source for that number. I would hope , as far as exploration stock performance is concerned, that this is merely a pause that refreshes.
