Interdigital has always been a fair and reasonable licensor and to my recollection has never lost a licensing dispute or arbitration related to licensing. It’s technology on affair and reasonable basis. I think Disney is just trying to delay making payments for as long as it can sort of like the Apple strategy with QCOM. But in the end, Disney will be held accountable for what it owe.
