"ACT Manufacturing (ACTM) 16 1/2 -1/8: provider of contract manufacturing services says it will delay the reporting of 4th qtr numbers to check an inventory shortfall; says internal audit found a significant shortfall, one that is expected to have a material impact on results... " Do I see a shareholder lawsuit on the horizon? Management may just have lost all credibility after this latest debacle. To be announcing an inventory shortfall the day of earnings is unconscionable. DD
