When we were in Trinidad 30 years ago, we stayed in a guesthouse in the affluent Valsayn area. The landlady's husband, a well-connected retired politician, acted as our driver, He would point out some of the fancier houses, and whisper "cocaine." These ain't them.

Maybe some of those fishermen were part time mules on the side, but if orange emperor was serious about drug traffic, hed bomb Valsayn.
