Grammy, <<On 1/5/98 8,000 shares were registered for a purchase to a director of unknown name.>> That's a strange date for an insider purchase - around one month before an earnings release. This would be outside the trading window for insiders at most companies I know. Maybe the date you gave was when the filing was made, not the date of the actual purchase. (If it was the real date, then they are being a little sloppy about their insider trading policy.) Anyhow, as far as I'm concerned, the more purchases the better, and I'm not fussy about the dates either! Peter
