As Josh Marshall at TalkingPointsMemo points out, Trump is actually right. Only he could negotiate a ceasefire like that in the ME. He speaks the same language of graft and corruption as all of the principles in the ME, from the sheiks to Hamas and Netanyahu.

But a ceasefire is not the same as peace. As we are seeing.
