RE: One thing I noticed with JCE is that its a very thin market And THAT is why I have my informal Mac rule, don't invest in any CEFs that are below half a billion (some are pretty close like the CA Muni ones). Probably is silly, but I want liquidity....always. Good luck with JCE.
