Q: where is China / Holland Nesperia situation at as paperwork in someone's hand and manufacturing in another's hand, whilst purchase orders and obligations to deliver goods somewhere in between, and who knows which clients get f*cked, sideways, hard, and desperate to meet payrolls and cover fixed cost ?

Q: Which companies are EU clients, and will USA / Holland or China be blamed ?
