Gary H, I think the idea of PDG "entering into an illegal contract with CVG" proliferates the "evil empire" scenario. If I may reword that! Did PDG enter an agreement with CVG, with CVG representing the deal as legal?

If in fact it is found that KRY owns LC than CVG misrepresented itself to PDG. In which case you have answered my question, thank you! PDG would have to go after CVG as CVG misrepresented the initial agreement.

>>PDG thought they were getting in threw the back door with CVG, and it didn't pan out.

This supports the "anti-PDG" position of this thread, so it is expected and accepted. However, I am in the "camp" that believes Mr. Wilson and PDG are honourable! That there "is" a misrepresentation somewhere, and I believe that the misrepresentation to be in MEM or CVG but not in KRY or PDG.

I have stated before, I don't hold KRY or PDG but am extremely interested in the longterm impact this may have on Venezuelan mining!
