At the meeting with Zelensky, Trump constantly complained that he was not given the Nobel Prize, - The Washington Post. (https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2025/10/20/zelensky-trump-meeting-europe-russia/)

A couple more details:
??"He said that Putin will destroy you if you don't agree now. Zelensky had maps and everything else with him, he was explaining [to Trump], but he didn't want to have anything to do with it," - source.
??Trump listened but did not respond to the Ukrainian message. "It was like: 'No, look, guys, you probably won't be able to get any territory back. There's nothing we can do to save you. You have to give diplomacy another chance,'" - source.
??A European diplomat familiar with the meeting described it as a "mess," and said that Trump kept on and on "complaining about not getting the Nobel Prize."
??Trump's message was that Russia "just wants Donbass, and that it's a good deal," that "Putin wants to stop the war, and it can be done quickly," - diplomat.

The behavior of a strong leader at the most dangerous moment for the world since World War II. The most frustrating thing is that all this was visible and understandable (https://t.me/ToBeOr_Official/16147) even before the elections. The majority in America preferred to ignore reality.
