I dont know if this is true or not but I watched something on youtube from this guy who toured the UUUU rare earth processing plant in Utah. according to him , getting the approvals for these processing plants are currently a big deal and there is only one other rare earth processing facility outside of china and that is in Malaysia. Again I have done no independent verification.
