My Signal exchange with the interim U.S. attorney about the Letitia James grand jury.
Long story short, Miss Colorado was upset about the Lawfare journalist retweeting a NYTimes story about the case. The NYTimes story mentioned potentially exculpatory testimony that was initially given to a grand jury, only for Miss Colorado to then go to a different grand jury and get an indictment sans that testimony.
Miss Colorado, in the usual Trumpian way, tried to tell the Lawfare journalist that the facts of the story are just plain wrong. Never mind the fact that the Lawfare journalist wasn't the one who wrote it. Never mind the fact that Miss Colorado failed to describe in detail what the story got wrong.
The best part about it was that, after Miss Colorado failed to change the journalist's mind (surprise surprise), she ghosted her, only later to then insist that the entire conversation should be "off the record."
That's not how it works, but Miss Colorado is a complete imbecile who doesn't even know what the standards of journalism are, much less her chances of ever winning the case against Letitia James. The Lawfare journalist correctly points out that Miss Colorado should have known better given that she's dealt with the media before. It was literally one of her former roles under Trump.
I'm going to sit here and watch as Miss Colorado embarrasses herself to no limit. She'll eventually get disbarred, which means she will have nothing else to do than to sell only fans, LOL ...
