It is a hell of a rollercoaster. My confidence in the long term is unshaken - but as my father used to quote John Maynard Keynes, in the long term we are all dead. I'd prefer the U long term to be reached before I'm dead, in fact before I've lost my marbles (like my dear departed mum.)
