Sounds reasonable, Chief, Placer was playing by the rules of the game as presented at the time. If they lose LC, they will have a case against CVG, I would think, and this is one factor encouraging the judges to consider carefully the KRY/Mael entreaty.

Trivia point - the other night I caught the credits for the Peter O'Toole movie "Murphy's War", the navy of Venezuela and the government in general is thanked, but in bold print - La Corporaci¢n Venezolana de Guayana. There is more to the CVG than this case.
