Most of the failing is due to the requirement to run 1.5 miles in 14-minutes. Race walkers could do that in 10-minutes, for comparison.

A bigger concern is the training has been condensed from 2-months to 1-month, barely enough time to teach someone how to pee straight, let alone teach them how to apply constitutional rights in immigration enforcement.
