Thanks for the links. One other item, concerning the potential value of PGEN. Lehman mentioned that major gene discoveries have added an average of $29 million in market capitalization. That would be better than a double for PGEN from here.

My best guess is that the recent stock weakness is more related to selling of formerly restricted shares. Though it raises some intestinal butterflies, I'm not sure that such selling would be an indicator of substantial negatives. The AFFX/PGEN agreement looks like a very positive collaboration that realizes benefit for both companies with very little cost. I hope they can come up with more like it.

PGEN's emphasis on stem cell research seems promising to me. Do you know of other genomic companies active in that area? Their focus on developmental biology seems a good way to optimize their research efforts and come up with promising leads.

Given the low technology value and the high likelihood of positive announcements -- collaborations and discoveries -- I like the potential. Particularly at these prices.
