Agreed very close and Greg's being a private company allows it to be much freer in it's news and communications flows that can easily support Zentek needs.

I am quite sure that the private placement closes today with a 25% over subscription topping it off. I expect news flows from Zen should be coming fast and furious over the next while ranging across each of our pillars and including the filling of our open personnel position.
