Richard,

There is definitely buyer strength at 20, but they've been able to find sellers.

It occurs to me that there's a lot of shares on the market right now. Many used margin to exercise Ws and would want to cover. Others aren't comfortable with the amount invested in one stock. There were large amounts bought between 15 and 17. Selling at 20 is 18-33% and a very nice short term gain. I'm up 18% on the 4K shares I bought last week and 30% on total position. Very tempting, I thought about it when shares were near 22, and decided to hold.

I think it's a mistake to sell because Deswell is at a buy level. Most of us were buying at this level before the Asian Panic set in, two great earnings reports, and the announced expansion for new contracts. It will be very interesting to see the price in 10-15 days.

I thought you were a little high, but I now think the projections you made are realistic.

For what it's worth,
Ron
