Handy for those who never intend to leave their vehicle!
It's a terrible idea. The drive up to altitude is an opportunity to acclimatize to reduced oxygen concentration. Anyone getting out of an oxygenated car is going to have to exercise when suddenly impoverished of oxygen. Maybe useful for those people who routinely haul oxygen bottles around with them. Not for the rest of us.
