Couple of questions:

1. Do you consider PAIR a significant player in the upcomming ADSL business? What companies would you place ahead of PAIR? Taking into account PAIR's good financial standing, do you think they could buy some established ADSL co? WSTL perhaps ?

2. How does Falcon compare with TI's DSP approach?
