I am confused about nothing. You want to give a hall pass to those you worship. They can never do wrong, their shit doesn't stink and the laws don't apply to them. Or at least according to you based on your posts,

Lots of people work hard and are smart. They don't get special privileges.

But I frankly don't believe that. In my opinion, you actually believe those men, and they are always men, are some sort of divine creations. They aren't.

Jobs is dead. His legacy is what it is. Musk is in the midst of massively fucking up so many things, he has some distance to fall yet.
