“Atesh agents recorded round-the-clock KamAZ truck runs hauling out engineering munitions, mines, and explosives to an unknown location,” the group said.

The report added that the rushed evacuation suggests Russia acknowledges the vulnerability of its rear-area facilities and expects further strikes by Ukraine’s Defense Forces.

“Fear of Ukrainian missiles is paralyzing the enemy’s supply chain,” Atesh said.

According to the partisans, information about the movement and new storage locations has already been passed on to Ukraine’s military.

On Oct. 21, Atesh reported carrying out reconnaissance near the settlement of Rudnevo in Oryol Oblast, where agents studied a launch site for Russian kamikaze drones.

The partisans said they observed ongoing construction work at the facility to expand its infrastructure and bolster defenses against Ukrainian strikes.
