It's the same cycle with all the food the cows eat silly. No net CO2 produced. Whatever is created is absorbed. Just like the water cycle. It Rains... Water evaporates in clouds.... It Rains again. etc. Only fossil supplies can make a change. Which is why no one can actually "own" water... unless it is a fossil supply. But no doubt that is being worked on... en.wikipedia.org
