When it says "Source" of quote, SOXX is different source, which probably explains why all quotes can be fine and one off. I have been puzzled by it over time, and I guess now I have an answer. Yeah, the quotes on SI are not the best, but SI is what I have open all the time in one tab... So, convenient...
