From what Sector has mentioned & smthing I read somewhere (yeah, I know..I'll find it somewhere), MRVC gets royalties for ASIC use which maybe they are accounting not as sales? Does that make sense? Also, the ethernet cards they seem to be involved w/ are fairly new, I think, and may begin to show up later if that relationship maintains & grows. The "guidance" I perceived fromt the CC was that OEM's are not a significant part of MRVC's planned future. later eric
