If you simply dismiss the counterargument, surpress it, eliminate from the Internet Archive, use financial & political leverage to push a certain narrative, then you are "flooding the zone"

That is the very opposite of honest scientific enquiry. A process much needed when crapola hits the fan.

Notice the blabbering sycophants attending Event 201 do nothing to question weather they know what they are doing. They are already convinced they know all the answers and it is just a matter on implementation. Not once do they question the narrative !!!

What if just one of those dissenting voices, they are so keen to silence, is right and they are wrong?

Has that ever happened before?

They are an outstanding example corporate echo chamber lunacy.

If the narrative is correct, there no need at all to suppress dissenting voices. The BS withers on the vine and people get on the right path for solutions to problems. In fact, dissenting voices polish the correct narrative to a higher level of perfection. That is how real science works.

There is no need for all this "fact checking" crapola, the emphasis should be more on Education, and giving people the necessary skills to make their own minds up. That would be a useful task for the Internet to do, make good use of all the Carbon Dioxide the Servers are producing, instead of "Big Brother" telling us what the story is, and what to do. That is how you create a race of mindless robots.

So... you haven't figured that out yet?

My comment to the query below is not to use the Cloud for storing any data, switch off the whole digital ID and surveillance baloney, get rid of 90%+ of the surveillance industry, people to not to give ID for every transaction, we already have oodles of camera and trace capability to track criminal activity. After using the Internet device, switch off until needed again.

But there seems to be limited requests from the Internet to seek opinion, yet lots of instructions and mandates of being told what to do. Lots of CO2 creation in the process.

No way to run a Planet.

AI Overview

The internet contributes to carbon dioxide emissions through data centers that store and transmit online content, and the production and use of digital devices. For example, a single search can emit a small amount of CO2, but this adds up when billions of searches are performed daily, and streaming video is another significant source of emissions. Individuals can reduce their digital carbon footprint through habits like limiting video streaming, closing unnecessary tabs, and keeping email inboxes uncluttered.

Internet's carbon footprint

  • Data centers:
The "cloud" relies on large data centers that require massive amounts of electricity to run and cool. A significant portion of this energy comes from fossil fuels, contributing to the internet's large carbon footprint.

  • Device manufacturing:
The production, transport, and eventual disposal of smartphones, laptops, and other devices also generate a substantial amount of greenhouse gas emissions.

  • Energy consumption:
The internet's energy consumption is estimated to be 3.7% to 10% of the world's total energy use, and some estimates suggest the digital world generates more carbon emissions than all air traffic combined.

How to reduce your digital carbon footprint

  • Stream less video:
Watch in standard definition when possible, avoid unnecessary auto-play, and don't use your phone to stream videos for hours on end.

  • Browse more efficiently:
Close unused tabs, disable auto-play features, and avoid data-intensive activities when possible.

  • Unclutter your inbox:
Regularly delete unnecessary emails to reduce storage and data transfer needs.

  • Repair and extend device life:
By repairing electronics instead of replacing them, you can reduce electronic waste and the emissions associated with manufacturing new devices.

  • Support green hosting:
Choose websites that use green web hosting, which is powered by renewable energy sources.
