Gramps,

I don't know if this is old news or not given that the year end was 9/30/97, but it appears that TYG "lent" BYG $1,2000,000 in return for an unsecured debenture bearing no interest. Do you know if this money was subsequently returned to TYG? If it wasn't the likelihood of it being repaid in the near future if ever, seems somewhat remote at this point. TYG has only $300,000 in the till which won't go far in covering their half of costs for exploration.

I also read the BYG management discussion that is hopelessly out of date, given the present situation. It appears that BYG is taking a page out of Bill Clinton's book in dealing with its constituents, obfuscation. It is hard to have any faith in a co. that does not promptly disclose material facts to its shareholders, not even mention the fact that the 1st quarter has been over for two months.
