Obituary for Bruce Eugene Lingle
Bruce Lingle, 73, died Friday, October 17, 2025, at his home in Spring, Texas. He was born May 9, 1952, in Anna, Illinois.
A 1970 graduate of Anna-Jonesboro Community High School, Bruce attended Southern Illinois University and received a degree in accounting in 1974. In 1982, he earned a master’s degree from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. He worked for Exxon Mobil as an accountant for 38 years.
Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, Margaret and Weldon Lingle of Anna, Illinois, and granddaughter Macy Phillips.
Bruce is survived by Marla Lingle, his wife of 36 years; his brother Gary Lingle (Colleen). His children are Geoff Brandy, Christy Phillips (James), Jennifer Brandy, Lizette Lingle, and Noah Lingle. His grandchildren are Blayne, Ariana, Holly, Lucy, Jazmine, Paizley, and Elijah. His great grandchildren are Jasmine and Alani. His nieces are Claire and Emma. |
