The talking heads on The Five (the #1 cable show for the last 3+ years) don't think that app is going to make it. The Dimms are already denying that it will do what they advertised, i.e. real time tracking. If an ICE agent gets harmed or killed, the Dimms could be charged as accessories. They don't need that and be on the wrong side of anther 90/10 issue.
