The only way to deal with MAGA is with the facts. The Reagan Library itself published the entire radio address, all 5 minutes of it, eight years ago. This provides all the context that is needed to counter Trump's claims that the Canadian ad was fAkE. Yes, Reagan DID impose tariffs on Japan. But he did so with the intent of pushing Japan back onto the path of "free and fair trade." He stated his strategy and his overall economic policies clearly and eloquently. In contrast, the Orange Boss Baby doesn't know WTF he is doing. He cries about Canada not being fair. He cries about Canada allegedly siphoning wealth out of America. The truth is that free trade has made both America and Canada strong. It's a win-win, exactly what Reagan envisioned during the second half of his radio address. But Trump doesn't know what "win-win" means. His only definition of "win-win" is if everyone "wins" off of him. I fully expect MAGA to go around FOXsplaining to everyone how Reagan's words were somehow twisted by the Canadian ad. But the facts don't care about their feelings. Too bad for them. Tenchusatsu
