Thanks for the suggestion. I got the top one but on a large scale you can barely see it breach. I've suggested to Stock Charts that they add some sort of tool to snap measurements and lines to points... (AI?)

IF I zoom in, I see the line was breached intraday and it looks like if I redraw it that it will show it opened just above the line which is cool. I still think there is some value to zooming out and using fat lines as most are not so precise.

Here is what I get if I zoom the chart to full page 1500px wide to draw then lines then knock it back down to 900
