To anyone who is trained on the subject matter, which I am, extensively, the entire charge was obviously fake.

And while I have little confidence in the NY state courts, I do believe the USSC will see through it when it comes before them. I have to believe not all appeals courts will be devoid of understanding of basic accounting processes.
