I've modeled Embedded revenue flat year-over-year, which means slight recovery. But as you say, there is potential for growth if/when the promised contracts start to deliver. The nice thing in this segment is that such contracts usually are sticky and should contribute for many years.

Above and beyond the traditional embedded business is the potential of AI to accelerate the usage of FPGAs. Imagine AMD offering an AI assistant highly trained and specialised in FPGA programming (a rare skill among humans) that can implement and optimise just about anything you ask for on a Xilinx device.

Reddit user: "FPGAs will be everywhere when you can prompt and program the FPGA. The value to be unlocked there is orders of magnitude bigger than AI servers. Most engineers don't know how to program FPGAs, if you start giving that power to masses, wonderful things will happen."
