Maybe our other "fight", if it was one, was over museums.

When we were at the American History Museum at the Smithsonian shortly after we were married, apparently I spent far too much time there.

The deal breaker was I looked at each iteration of the light bulb and read every caption on each exhibit.

Eventually, my wife took off and said later and hunted down some Astronaut Ice Cream, as it was my birthday and she gifted it to me..

Our trip eventually was cut short because one of my wife's great aunt's died, and we had to rush back for the funeral.

That was my wife's first experience with cleaning the home of a dead hoarder. That piqued her interest in nipping this crap off in the bud.

Anyway, we learned back then that I was interested in nearly anything on this planet, and my wife's interest could never go this deep on any of these topics, so we have these differences, which we respect.
