The Utube video describes how datasets are manipulated to produce the convenient & handy catastrophic temperature graphs as posted in places like Wikipedia.

The comments section to the Corbet Report Video indicate the issues.

Who is Dr Roy Spencer ?

A funny read.

Roy Spencer (meteorologist) - Wikipedia

<<He is a principal research scientist at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and the U.S. Science Team leader for the Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer (AMSR-E) on NASA's Aqua satellite. [3] [4] He has served as senior scientist for climate studies at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center. [3] [4] He is known for his satellite-based temperature monitoring work, for which he was awarded the American Meteorological Society's Special Award. [4] Regarding climate change, Spencer is a "lukewarmer", with the view that anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions have caused some warming, but that influence is small compared to natural variations in global average cloud cover.>>

The rest of the Wikipedia entry on him is predominately garbage.

His predictions: ( in case the jpeg below is not clear enough to read:)

<<"We expect there will be a revised TLT product from RSS which shows enhanced warming, too.

Here is what I am predicting:

1) neither John Christy nor I will be asked to review the paper.

2) It will quickly sail through peer review (our UAH V6 paper is still not in print 1 year after submission)

3) It will have many authors, including climate model people and the usual model pundits (e.g Santer) which supposedly lend legitimacy to the new data adjustments. " >>
