These patent things are extremely technical and not readable or understood likely by any of us. If one however just browses the descriptions once the link is opened there are some valuable nuggets that can be gleaned. This one:
MULTIVALENT TRIDENT APTAMERS FOR MOLECULAR RECOGNITION, METHODS OF MAKING AND USES THEREOF FIELD OF THE INVENTION
has lots of info and goes into detection of diseases like Covid using a saliva test. There is info on multiple diseases tested and a section on detection of various cancers.
Here in section 082 is a mention of cancers including breast and even prostate cancer:

[0082] According to embodiments, aptamers specific for one or more epitopes associated with tumour-associated targets include, for example, aptamersspecific for epitopes associated with HER2 (breast cancer); GD2 (neuroblastoma); EGF-R (malignant glioblastoma); CEA (medullary thyroid cancer); CD52 (leukemia); human melanoma protein gp100; human melanoma protein melan-A/MART-1; NA17-A nt protein; p53 protein; various MAGEs (melanoma associated antigen E), including MAGE 1, MAGE 2, MAGE 3 (HLA-A1 peptide) and MAGE 4; various tyrosinases (HLA-A2 peptide); mutant ras; p97 melanoma antigen; Ras peptide and p53 peptide associated with advanced cancers; the HPV 16/18 and E6/E7 antigens associated with cervical cancers; MUC1-KLH antigen associated with breast carcinoma; CEA (carcinoembryonic antigen) associated with colorectal cancer, DKK-1 (Dickkopf-1 protein) associated with lung cancer and the PSA associated with prostate cancer.

So even though most of this is just too technical for us we can still get some good info and begin to realize how much work is being done by these brilliant scientists
