Well, that just isn't true. You don't have any idea what you're talking about. It is a fairly complex topic, and I get that you lack any foundation for comprehension of the topic. However, this is a Yale professor who explains the entire case in 20 minutes in a way that a total neophyte can fully comprehend it.

I recommend it for you. If you have any further comment I recommend you view this brief video first. (It is harmless to skip the lead in). He discusses the case in terms of fundamental rights of the accused and at least three violations of the Constitutional rights and provisions that were involved and just how absurdly the judge bludgeoned the Constitution in the course of this case.

His analysis is entire even-handed and the most professional I've seen anywhere. For once, put the truth ahead of politics in your life.
