There is an attempt by the short to use an article (written by Dr. Green (ex FDA guy which evaluated ESC product and voted to reject it) and published 2 months ago by the American Journal of Dermatology) which is very negative with ESC product to create a Feast for the shorts. As you have seen the stock hit $30.25 today @ 2:30 PM with 1,300,000 trading to that point (shorts activity). At 2:30 SalomonSmithBarney analyst covering the stock came on the box and issued a STRONG BUY on the stock. That resulted in the stock closing at 32.875 with 1,700,000+ shares trading from that point on. I hope that should be enough for the shorts Best Regards
