From what I could tell when I was there is, their computer system finishes around 6:30-7:00pm eastern time. Some days are a little longer because they update the bullish percents and indexes. I believe that is on Tuesday and Wednesday.
As a general rule I don't expect to see anything until 7:30pm eastern.
The updates are posted as they go. I'm not sure how the order runs but I know for instance, I can get Cisco earlier than others.
