Sorry Jim. You're wrong (as usual). My analysis of this company is 100% correct. I didn't make any "unrealistic assertions".

Somebody has to preprogram the oven. Naturally, once the oven is programmed then it becomes a matter of calling up the setting and hitting one or two keys.

I was simply trying to illustrate that the oven is difficult to use and maintain. Perhaps my example wasn't the best, but I think that any reasonable person can see that this oven is far more complicated, far more expensive, requires far more maintenace, and has significantly less capacity than the cooking systems currently installed in most fast-food franchises.
