SOHOB and the other Preferreds

You will not get any as they are thinly traded. It's an interesting story as their Hotels are very nice assets but most/all the funding came from their 3 preferred series.

I loaded up during COVID when they sold these down to $7.80/share and stopped the dividend. Being cumulative preferreds they have paid the arreres and are now current with the dividend.

The value proposition was buying the preferred debt at a significant discount.
