9.44 RVOL which means trading 9x it's ADV. It's not a sure thing the Private Equity going to pay off the Preferreds but it appears one EXIT strategy is to do that w/ their refinance of the debt.

Could the Private Equity Group also accumulate many of the SOHO preferreds knowing they plan to pay those off? These have been trading at/near $11/share for months.
