Robert and all,

I was quite impressed with the trading action in TAVA today. I was speaking with a friend of mine this morning and mentioned that TAVA needed to have a volume reversal in order to break this downward trend.

I believe today showed that.

It also may be due to Mutual Funds shifting some of their assets around as they adjusted their portfolios (just speculation but something of interest I heard on the local business radio station.)

We had a fairly quick gap-up from $6 7/8 and it was evident that resistance was such that the gap-up may have come as a surprise to some Mmkrs. After the run-up, there was a necessity to fill the gap and build Mmkrs inventory for the next run.

Looking for double digits within the next two weeks.

(Caveat Emptor: The above is merely my best analytical guess and reading of the "tea leaves". Let's see if I'm proven correct... :0)

On an aside: Out brokerage (discount) notified us by mail of a margin call on TAVA this week. Funny thing is, we don't have TAVA margined against anything. It was all purchased with cash. But of course, I endured a panic ridden beeper page from my distraught wife who then had to contact the brokerage and find out what was up. They said it had likely occurred due to the symbol change.

My point is that if it happened to us, it has likely been happening across the board, especially with those who HAVE actually margined the stock. This would have the effect of placing artificial selling pressure on the stock over the past several days until the situation became clarified.

Something else for me to post in my investment guidebook under things to watch out for.
