You're talking about really unimportant shit in the overall scheme of things.
a) I don't view basic human rights as "unimportant shit." That's just plain denial on your part.

b) Trump isn't going to end the fentanyl crisis by destroying immigration, imposing tariffs, and blowing up Venezuelan "fishing vessels." The drug and its essential components are way too easy to smuggle in, even more so than cocaine.

Besides, we already tried the War on Drugs. It was a miserable failure. Gotta reduce demand instead of supply.

c) Trump isn't slowing the fiscal crisis. Far from it. He's exacerbating it. DOGE completely failed to find much in terms of savings. Meanwhile Trump has far exceeded his predecessors in terms of "fraud, waste, and abuse" that he claims he's against. Complete and total fail.

d) It's not Trump's job to meddle in local police departments and local courts. Whatever happened to returning power to state and local governments? Again, you so-called "conservatives" have forsaken smaller government in favor of authoritarianism.

Again, everything that happened under Trump this year confirms what I foresaw last year. Trump is turning everything into a big mess.

And you are excusing him because you still think he's fight fight fighting hard for you. News flash: Trump doesn't give a shit about you.
