I found this vid on high dose vitamin D to have some interesting aspects. There is now a full spectrum of D3 videos on YouTube. From 'its poison! to 'Take a bath in it!'. This one contained some interesting comments on details. It comes from an author a lot like many on this tread, as he sat down and did a lot of research/study his research was then tested out on his own body.
