Of course they are bribes. As you keep telling us, Trump is very transactional. Just ask Musk. How can they clearly know what they are building without plans? How do they order the stuff they need? Home Depot and Lowes doesn't carry that kind of stuff. You can't just order the concrete and steel beams needed and get same day delivery you know. Everything has to be ordered and have lead times. The more custom it is, the longer the lead times. As to the structure being useless, you have to be kidding. Who made that determination? Were there minutes in the meeting? Who was there? Even if it were useless, tearing it down with no input is not how things are done. Nor should they. And why did he lie about it? Your attachment to reality gets more and more tenuous as time goes on.
