I had NWN too for a bunch of years. But I got tired of the very poor 0.5% - 1.0% raises every year. And it really didn't go anywhere in like 8-10+ years, 2005 to present. I started weeding out my poor-performers several years ago, trying to get a better quality grouping. Good luck with it.
