Re BST. I haven’t determined where to put the proceeds yet. The usual suspects from the past couple years have all shown life recently.

Seems like a prudent move trimming BST and taking some profits. I also have some nice gains in BST and some very nice gains in UTG. Hoping, the gains would carry over into the next year, so I can trim them in Jan. There are all in a taxable account and I'm already maxed out on taking profits for this year.

Regarding replacement for BST, have you looked into ADX? I recently started building a position. It seems to be a gold standard in tech CEFs and have been around for a very long time. Currently, yielding around 8%, while also trading at a deep discount.
